Close to airport, comfy beds, a stone's throw away from the Coliseum. Hallelujah!
Dusty room, spiderwebs, and a shower that likes to play games. Who needs cleanliness when you can have adventure, right?

The rooms at Termini Luxury Home are so comfortable and cozy! I loved the private entrance in the twin/double room, it made me feel like I had my own little apartment. Plus, the soundproofing in the quadruple room was amazing, ensuring a peaceful stay.
Personally, I didn't really use the electric kettle in the quadruple room, but someone else might find it useful.

The location of Termini Luxury Home was perfect for our needs, being close to Termini station and public transport. We could easily explore the city center on foot. The room itself was basic but sufficient for our stay, as we only needed it for sleeping. The host was polite and helpful, addressing any concerns we had promptly.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a high ceiling, giving us a comfortable stay. The location near Termini train station was very convenient, and the staff at the hotel were kind and friendly, providing us with free water bottles throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could have been better, with more variety and options.

The rooms at Termini Luxury Home were cozy and comfortable. I loved having my own private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Some rooms even had a city view, which was amazing. The soundproofing in the quadruple room was great, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. the rooms had everything I needed and I felt right at home.
Personally, I didn't really like the electric kettle in the quadruple room. But hey, that's just my opinion.
